Girls Tennis Conditioning @ Wawasee H. S. Annex Gym—Upstairs Fitness Room

Pre-season team conditioning for girls tennis.  This is tennis-specific strength and agility training and VERY important to attend for team bonding as well as getting tennis-fit.  There is little cardio and most deals with stations (agility ladders, medicine balls, jump ropes, balance and resistance bands).

If you are not active in a winter sport during these times, it is expected by the coach that you attend unless you have valid educational reasons for not being able to.

Part of the program is teamwork and team contribution to building a winning program. Please start off the season on the right foot by doing your part!

There will be an attendance sign-in list each session for team members to sign.

Annual team duties of running the concession stand during boys basketball. Unless you have a school sports or academic responsibility during this time, ALL team members are expected to help out in shifts.

Mandatory practice.  Please be out to the courts, warmed up and stretched as a team and ready for challenge matches and drills to begin at 3:30 PM sharp.
