Girls Tennis Preseason Conditioning Schedule

The following schedule is for preseason conditioning for the 2016-2017 Wawasee girls tennis team which will take place in the fitness room upstairs in the annex gym.

ALL team members not involved in a winter sport are encouraged to attend these, as they are crucial to being in the proper shape in order to begin the season.  There will be a sign-in sheet every conditioning day for team members to log in.

Although these are not mandatory, Coach Staley highly encourages every team member that can make it to show up with your team and get in shape to make the season the best it can be.  The drills and competition that each team member will face essentially requires athletes to be in good shape.  Without proper conditioning, it will be challenging for each to compete for positions on the team as well as compete in the conference.

IMPORTANT: ALL student-athletes must have a physical on file at the athletic department and the appropriate paperwork in before you can condition.  If you’re not sure about this, please see Leslie in the Athletic Department.

Communicating with your coach will be stressed this season as our goal is to become unified as a team and be competitive within our conference.  Spread the word…and be prepared to work and become a better player!
